Object Billing Estimator

Turn a pasted schedule into hours and an amount to invoice per client site.

Everything runs in this browser. No account, no upload, no cookies.

1 · Your client sites

List each site (location, building or client) once, with the hourly rate you charge. The shifts in your schedule refer to these names.

1 · Your client sites
Site Rate per hour Minimum call-out per shift (hours) Charge weekend and night surcharge Remove

One percentage for every site where you ticked the box. Enter the percentage from your own collective agreement or contract.

Surcharge: for a ticked site, every hour that falls in the weekend (Sat/Sun) or in the night window 23:00–06:00 gets the percentage on top of the rate. An hour that is both counts once. The break is deducted in proportion to the shift.

2 · The schedule

One line per shift. If a shift ends after midnight, just enter the real end time — the calculator adds a day for you.

2 · The schedule
Date Site Start End Break (min) Note Net hours Check Remove

Net hours = end − start − break. Only the break in minutes is deducted; travel time and other arrangements you add or deduct yourself.

3 · Paste a schedule

One shift per line, fields separated by a semicolon or a tab. Order: date; site; start; end; break in minutes; note (optional). Example: 2026-10-05;SiteA;18:00;23:30;30

4 · Hours and amount per site

This is the total you can invoice from. The amounts come from the rates you entered yourself.

5 · Check before you invoice

These points come from your own input. They say nothing about your collective agreement — they only flag lines you probably did not intend.

Nothing unusual found. Every line looks usable.

6 · Keep it and take it with you

The table above goes to your spreadsheet as text, to a meeting as a print-out, and to your backup as a file.

Only the result table is printed.

What this is and what it is not

This is an estimate for your own check before invoicing. The result is not an invoice, not a payslip and not a basis for payroll. The tool does not know your collective agreement, your contract terms or your surcharges: you enter the rates, the minimum call-out and the surcharge percentage yourself, and only that input is used. Always check the outcome against your own contract confirmation and your collective agreement.

Where your data stays

Schedules, rates and site names stay in this browser (localStorage) and never go to a server. No account is needed and no cookies are set. Only an anonymous counter records that this page was opened — no cookie, no personal data and nothing you type. You make your own backup with the Save a backup button; that file stays on your own computer.
